Main Hall

The main hall is a large sports hall approximately 9m wide by 21m long and with vaulted ceilings. Hire of this space also includes hire of The Green Room as well as access to a separate male and female toilets in the entrance hall. There is also a disabled toilets and the main entrance includes disabled ramp access. The main hall has a magnetic lock on the outside door which can be turned off if required and emergency exits are alarmed to alert users if they have been opened. This makes the venue ideal for use by groups with lots of children. 
 

The main hall floor is marked out for use with Badminton although lots of other activities take place. For clubs there is a cupboard at the rear of the hall to access club equipment and another to access chairs and tables. Chairs and tables are there for hall users but are requested to be returned to their respective places once finished with. 
 

The hall is overlooked by the Worsley Lounge through viewing windows and access through a double swing door connects the two rooms. When hiring the hall there are blinds over the windows that can be lowered to obscure view from the lounge if required.
